Ingredients
- 3 lb beef, cubed
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbs Cooking oil
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 mushroom soup can of water
- egg noodles
Preparation
Step 1
Brown the beef in cooking oil. Add salt, soup, and water. Cover and simmer about 1 hour. Start the egg noodles cooking about half an hour after closing the oven. Toss the noodles with a bit of butter or cooking oil to keep them from sticking together. To serve, spoon the Goulash over the noodles.
