KEY LIME PIE MARTINI

Ingredients

• (Numbers in ( ) after ingredients are for a large quantity version.)
• 3/4 oz. Licor 43 (12 oz.)
• 1 splash vodka (4 oz.)
• 1/4 oz. lime syrup* (4 oz.)
• 1/4 oz. milk (8 oz.)

Preparation

Step 1

Pour ingredients in martini shaker. Shake with ice. Strain into martini glass rimmed with graham cracker crumbs.

*lime syrup is made by stirring together 2 cups Key Lime juice with 1 1/2 cups sugar.
