Ingredients
- 3 pounds boneless pork shoulder roast, well trimmed
- 1 package McCormick® Slow Cookers BBQ Pulled Pork Seasoning OR 455 ml (1 bottle) Chili sauce +
- 1/3 c grainy mustard +1/3 c liquid honey + 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 2 c chopped onions
- 2 c peeled, cored & chopped apples

Step 1
Mix all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover&cook 6-7 hrs until meat is fall apart tender. Remove roast to large plate. Using 2 forks pull apart along the length of the roast. Stir meat back into sauce. Serve on buns.
