Ingredients

  • 5-6 chicken breast (reserve 1 cup of broth)
  • 12 oz thin spaghetti
  • 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup of diced onion
  • 1/2 cup of diced green pepper
  • 1 small jar pimento drained
  • 2-3 cups cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

Cook chicken, this usually takes about 30-35 min. Reserve 1 cup of broth and keep remaining broth to cook spaghetti noodle in, according to package instructions. When spaghetti is done add spaghetti to one cup of broth and mix remaining ingredients...very simple:) Refrigerate overnight. I have made this before and not refrigerated overnight, the dish will just be more soupy, I prefer it refrigerated overnight. Top with cheese cover with foil bake for 25-30 min. remove foil and bake uncovered until melted and golden brown.
