Ingredients
- 3 lbs. round steak, cut in serving pieces
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 med. onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle salt, pepper and flour steak pieces. Lightly brown meat. Place in crock pot. Add seasonings and remaining ingredients. Turn to low setting; cook for 8 hours or until meat can flake easily. Serve as steak on buns.
