Marinara Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 Cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3 Tbs Olive Oil
  • 1 16 oz can plum tomatoes, undrained
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup chianti wine

Preparation

Step 1

Saute the garlic in the olive oil over medium heat until lightly browned. Add the tomatoes and juice, salt, pepper, and wine. Simmer at least 10 minutes.
