Ingredients
- Baking potatoes
- Margarine
- Milk
- Shredded sharp cheddar
- Bacon Bits
- Sour cream
- Salt

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. Wash, prick and bake potatoes til done, roughly 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Cool til touchable, and cut thin lengthwise slice from each potato. Scoop out inside, leaving a thin shell. Mash potatoes with milk, margarine and salt. Mix in cheese and bacon bits. Fill shells. Sprinkle with more cheese. Bake @ 400 x 20 min. Serve with sour cream.
Separately bake the potatoe skins with margarine, cheese and bacon bits.
