Yorkshire Pudding

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 6 eggs
  • oil

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425F.

Beat flour, milk and eggs very well. Put 2 tbsp oil in muffin cups and heat in oven for 10 minutes. Pour 1/3 cup of pudding mix into hot oil and bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
