  • 4-1/2 Tsp Active Dry Yeast
  • 2 Cups of Warm Water 110 degrees
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 5 Tsp Olive Oil
  • 6 Cups of All Purpose Flour
  • Pizza Special Seasonings

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve yeast in warm water in warmer mixer bowl and let sit for 3 min. Add salt, olive oil, and 2-1/2 Cups of Flour. Attach bowl and Dough Hook to mixer. Turn to Speed 2 and mix about 3 minute.
Continuing on Speed 2, add remaining flour, 1/2 cup at a time, and mix about 1-1/2 minutes, or until dough starts to clean sides of blow. Knead on Speed 2 about 2 minutes longer.
Place dough in greased bowl, turning to grease top. Cover. Let rise in warm place, free from draft, about 1 hour, or until doubled in bulk. Punch dough down.
Brush 14" pizza pan with oil, Sprinkle with Cornmeal, Press Dough across bottom of pan, forming a collar around edge to hold toppings.
Add toppings, as desired. Bake a 450 degrees for 20 minutes.

Prior to applying pizza sauce, puncture fork holes, and swipe on oil and place in oven for 5 minutes to increase the crisp.
