Ingredients

  • 1

    lb Sausage or Hamburger

  • 1

    cup chopped Celery

  • 1/2

    cup chopped Onion

  • 1/2

    cup chopped Carrots

  • 1/2

    cup chopped Green Pepper

  • 1

    can Cream of Mushroom Soup

  • 1 1/4

    cup milk

  • 1/2

    cup uncooked White Rice

  • 1/2

    tsp Poultry Seasoning

  • 1/4

    tsp Salt

  • 1

    cup soft Bread Crumbs

  • 2

    TBS melted Butter

Directions

Brown and drain meat. Add Celery, Onion and Pepper and cook until tender. Stir in Soup, Milk, Rice and Seasonings. Pour into 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes, covered. Mix Bread Crumbs and Butter. Sprinkle over the casserole. Bake 15 minutes, uncovered.
