My friends always ask me to make it when we get together!
My hubby works 3rd shift and on Saturday mornings I need a quick fix. He loved it. Why didnt i think of this? Thanks a bunch.
I changed it up a bit. Diced potatoes instead of hash browns (seasoned generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, rosemary and thyme). When cooked, added scrambled eggs. Placed turkey-ham and sliced cheese as indicated, covered, and waited until cheese was melted and eggs were cooked on medium-low heat. Yum!
This was great!! Except ham I used roast beef slices and cut them up and cooked them into the hash browns and used shredded cheese instead of singles! It was very good!
Very good, easy to make, just added some ketchup!!!!
Recipe is great as is, but was also good when I substituted cooking spray for the butter and used Kraft shredded fat free cheddar cheese instead of the slices. Excellent!!!
This recipe is great! I also have thrown eggs into this and mixed it up..kind of like a breakfast goulash! Yummy!
My kids loved it!!!
I added more ham and cheese since I had this for supper. Very quick and good!
A little on the bland side for my family. Will try to add a little zest next time, either salsa or hot sauce.
This recipe was very good. Me and my son loved it very much.
I made this for dinner and it was a hit. I used grated cheese instead of slices.
I have not made this recipe yet but plan to. I like the ingredients list and total time to prepare. I anticipate good results!
Wonderful and easy! My family loves this!
Who does not love potatoes for breakfast? this recipe seems easy for morning. Poached eggs to go with sounds delicious.
Made this some time ago for my children and grands for breakfast ..They totally enjoyed it. Especially the grands. They all love potatoes . Had some bacon ,toast and applesauce on the side. They devoured it all up. (smile)
I made this for my significant other as breakfast in bed and her and I both loved it. I will make it again!
