Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. water
- 1 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 2 c. apricot nectar
- 6-oz. can frozen orange juice
- 3 c. apple juice
- 2 c. pineapple juice
- 2 qt. ginger ale, chilled
- 2 regular-size bottles champagne, chilled
Preparation
Step 1
Make a sugar syrup by boiling the sugar and water for 1 minute. Cool. Add lemon juice, apricot nectar, orange, apple and pineapple juices. Chill. Place a large block of ice in a punch bowl. Pour the chilled mixture over the ice and add ginger ale and champagne.
