Tuna melt Pie

Ingredients

• 1 tpsp olive oil
• 1 large onion finely chopped
• 4 cans tuna drained
• 2 tablespoons mayo
• 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 3/4 cups milk
• 3 eggs lightly beaten
• 1/4 cup flour
• 2 tablespoons melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven to 450
in large skillet heat olive oil over medium heat
add onion and cook stirring often about 5 minutes
In large bowl combine tuna and mayo, breaking up tuna. stir in onion, then stir in 2/3 of the cheese.
In small bowl, whick together milk and eggs flour and butter. Stir into tuna mixture. transfer to 10 inch pie pan and bake until browned about 35 minutes. top with remaining cheese and broil til melted
