Ingredients
- 450 grams icing sugar
- 300 grams shortening or combination of butter and shortening
- Salt
- 50 grams water
- 5 grams vanilla
- Butter extract
Preparation
Step 1
Sift the icing into a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix on low speed until all the ingredients are well blended, about 1 minute. Beat on high speed for 3 minutes, or until the icing is light and fluffy.
