Ingredients
- 1 Fiber One® 90 calorie chocolate fudge brownie (from 5.34-oz box)
- 1 tablespoon miniature marshmallows (about 8)
- 1 teaspoon semisweet chocolate chips (about 7)
- 1/2 teaspoon coarsely chopped peanuts
Preparation
Step 1
Remove brownie from foil pouch; place on microwavable serving plate. Top with marshmallows and chocolate chips. Microwave uncovered on High 10 to 15 seconds or until marshmallows are puffy. Sprinkle with peanuts. Serve immediately.
Any type of chocolate chips can be substituted for semisweet if you have a favorite.
Don't like peanuts? Any nut can be used instead of the peanuts.
