Michael's No Name Cake

When Michael was a little boy, he helped his mom make this cake, then he typed out the recipe. I have tried to input the recipe the way he typed it.

Ingredients

  • Shell
  • 18 graham cracker squares (1 1/3 cups)
  • 1/3 cups sugar
  • 1/4 t Cnnimon
  • 1/2 Cups butter melted press into 1o inch pie shell

Preparation

Step 1

Beat until smooth

pkg cream cheese 1/2 cup sugar
2 well beaten eggs
stir in 2 T rum
Spoon into shell Bake
at 375 20 25 min
beat with whisk 1 c
sour cream 3T sugar
and 1 1/2 T rum til blended
spread evenly on hot pie
return to oven for 5 min Chill
