APPLE-CINNAMON-WALNUT HUMMUS

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 1/3 cup hummus
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 cup walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

- Cut apples into individual slices and place them in a circle on a plate
- Mix hummus with 1/2 tbsp cinnamon and place in the middle of the plate with apples
- top hummus with walnuts
- sprinkle remaining cinnamon on apples and on top of hummus
- Heat it up in the microwave on high for 45 seconds, or keep cool during the warmer months
