Ingredients
- 1 lb. frozen bread dough, cut in half (thawed, room temp)
- 1/2 lb. polish ham
- 1/2 lb. pepperoni
- 3/4 lb. shredded mozzerella
- 1/2 lb. provolone
- 1 pepper} Sauteed
- 1 onion}
Preparation
Step 1
Roll dough into an 11x15 rectangle. Baste rolled dough w/a mixture of 2 eggs, 1 tbsp. oregano, 1 tsp. parmesn and 1/2 tsp. garlic powder. Layer ingredients - ham on bottom and sauteed peppers-onions on top. Roll jelly roll style. Tuck and fold ends under. Baste outside w/egg mixture. Bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes on a greased and floured cookie sheet.
