Cheese Cake (Strawberry Topping)

  • Crust
  • 1/4 lb graham crackers
  • 1/8 lb butter (melted)
  • Filling
  • 1 lb cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Glaze
  • 1 oz package of frozen strawberries
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice



Step 1

Blend cream cheese sugar and vanilla. Beat in eggs with rotary beater or eletric mixer, mix until smoth and creamy. Pour into crust. Bake at 350* for 35 minutes or until firm. Remove from oven and cool.

Glaze directions.

Place corn starch in sauce pan and graudually add strawberries and bring to a boil until thinck and clear, add red food coloring. Remove from flame and add lemon juice. Cool and spread glaze on cake. (refridgerate)
