Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 pound Queso Cheese Dip
- Crackers, bread or tortillas
Preparation
Step 1
1) Begin cooking beef and garlic in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add bell peppers and onions, and cook until beef is fully cooked and peppers are tender. Drain off excess juice.
2) Add queso cheese dip and stir over low heat until hot.
3) Serve the dip warm with your favorite crackers, bread or tortillas.
