Ingredients
- 3 stalks celery
- 5 carrots
- 1 onion
- 32 oz chicken broth
- 2 boullion cubes
- 3/4 bag of lentil beans

Preparation
Step 1
saute celery, carrots and onion in olive oil. Then add 4 cups of water and cook for 20 minutes.
Add chicken broth, boulloin cubes, and cook for 10-15 min. Add Lentil beans and boil for 1/2 hour.
