Ingredients
- 2 Elk Loins – cubed
- Mix together
- 1 1/2 1 ½ cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- Brown meat quickly in
- 2 Tblsp Olive Oil
- Mix together
- 4 c chicken broth
- 2 c low salt tomato juice or V8 or Bloody Mary mix
- 4 bay leaves
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 Tblsp sugar
- 1 Tblsp oregano
- 1 Tblsp thyme
- 2 bouillon cubes
- 1 Tblsp Worcestershire
- Cut up and add
- 8 potatoes cubed
- 3 c carrots
- 4 stalks celery
- 1 onion
- 1/2 ½ bag peas
- Simmer 2-4 hours on high
- Or
- Simmer 6-8 hours on low
