  • Mix together
  • 1 1/2 1 ½ cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • Brown meat quickly in
  • 2 Tblsp Olive Oil
  • Mix together
  • 4 c chicken broth
  • 2 c low salt tomato juice or V8 or Bloody Mary mix
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tblsp sugar
  • 1 Tblsp oregano
  • 1 Tblsp thyme
  • 2 bouillon cubes
  • 1 Tblsp Worcestershire
  • Cut up and add
  • 8 potatoes cubed
  • 3 c carrots
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 ½ bag peas
  • Simmer 2-4 hours on high
  • Or
  • Simmer 6-8 hours on low
  • Serves 6-8
