  • 2 pkgs frozen broccoli
  • 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • olive oil
  • 1/2 lb grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can milk
  • 2-3 c cubed leftover turkey
  • sherry to taste



Step 1

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Brown celery, onion and mushrooms in olive oil. Add broccoli, cover and steam. Coat 9x13" pyrex baking dish with vegetable spray. Layer with spaghetti, mushroom/broccoli mixture, grated cheese and tureky. pour soup mixed with sherry and milk over all and bak at 350 until bubbly.
