Orange Cranberry Pecan Coffee Cake

Mandarin oranges, pecans and cranberry juice are added to white cake mix along with a few other ingredients and baked together to make this tasty treat.
Ingredients
- •1 box super moist white cake mix
- •1 1/4 cups cranberry juice
- •3 eggs
- •1/3 cup oil
- •2 11 oz cans mandarin oranges, well drained
- •1 cup pecans
- •1 cup confectioners sugar
- •1/2 tsp vanilla
- •2 tbsp cranberry juice or milk

Preparation
Step 1
Combine in a mixing bowl, eggs, oil and cranberry juice. Add cake mix and blend for 2 minutes. Add drained oranges and pecans. Grease and flour a bundt pan. Pour cake batter into pan and bake at 350 degrees or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean, 30-35 minutes. Let cool. In a bowl, combine confectioners sugar, vanilla and just enough cranberry juice or milk until consistency to drizzle over cake. Drizzle over cool cake.
