Cold Oven Popovers

These are so easy to make and great with beef especially prime rib.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c milk
  • 1 c flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Grease 12 muffin tins or 6 Pyrex custard cups and set in freezer or refrigerator to chill. Break eggs, add flour, salt and milk. Stir until very smooth. Fill cups 1/2 to 3/4 full. Put in cold oven (cannot be preheated), turn on to 450 degrees for 30 minutes. Do not open oven. Serve immediately.
