Ingredients
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 1/2 c. nukj
- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 2 c. cooked, cut up chicken
- 1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained
- 1/3 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
- 1/4 c. slivered almoinds (opt.)

Preparation
Step 1
Heat margarine in 2 qt. saucepan until melted. Blend in flour, salt & pepper. Cook over low (to med.) heat stirring constantly until bubbly.
Take off heat.
Stir in broth & milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil & stir 1 minute.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into ungreased 2 qt. casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees uncovered until bubbly. (40-45 minutes.
