Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Rosa Marina Pasta
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 TBS Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 6 oz Orange Juice Concentrate
- Marachino Cherries
- 1 container Cool Whip
- 1 can Mandarine Oranges, drained
- 1 small can Crushed Pineapple, drained
- Juice from 1 can crushed Pineapple
- Juice from 1 can Mandarine Oranges
Preparation
Step 1
Combine Sugar, Flour, Eggs, Salt, Pineapple Juice, Mandarine Orange Juice and OJ Concentrate in saucepan and cook until thick.
Cook pasta. Drain and rinse. Pour cooked mixture over pasta. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Add fruit and cool whip. Garnish with cherries.
