Coleman's Favorite Cheeseball

Ingredients

• 1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
• 1 lb. cream cheese
• 1 lb bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
• 1 small onion, grated
• 1/2 lb. roquefort cheese
• pinch garlic salt
• Worcesteshire sauce (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

With all ingredients at room temperature, mix well. Shape into 2 medium balls, or 4 logs.
