Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork steak, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp evoo
- 1 onion , thinly sliced
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1- 8 oz- can tomato sauce
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp distilled white vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp. worchestershire sauce

Step 1
in a large heavy skillet, heat oil over medium high heat, brown pork in ol. drai off excess fat.
place pork, onions, mushrooms, tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, salt and worchestershire sauce in a slow cooker. cook on high for 4 hours or low or 6-8 hours.
