Ingredients

  • 1 Pkg (6-1/2 ounces) garlic herb spreadable cheese

  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach

  • 1/4 Tsp black pepper

  • 1 Pkg (17-1/4 ounces) frozen puff pastry dough, thawed

  • *Optional*

  • Sweet & sour or favorite dipping sauce.

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine cheese, spinach and pepper in small bowl; mix well. 2. Roll out 1 puff pastry sheet on floured surface into 12-inch square. Cut into 16 (3-inch) squares. Place about 1 Tsp cheese mixture in center of each square. Brush edges of squares with water. Bring edges together over filling; twist tightly to seal. Fan out corners of puff pastry. Repeat with remaining puff pastry and cheese mixture. 3. Place bundles 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake about 13 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with dipping sauce, if desired.
