Perfect Pergies Casserole

Ingredients

  • 16 - 20 frozen perogies
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cooked ham copped
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cheddar cheese grated

Preparation

Step 1

1. Sauté butter, onion and pepper in a skillet for five minutes

2. In a medium casserole dish, combine perogies, onion, pepper and ham

3. mix milk and soup in a separate dish,

4. Pour over casserole and top with cheddar cheese.

Bake for 35 minutes at 350
