Ingredients
- 16 - 20 frozen perogies
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green peppers, chopped
- 1/2 cup cooked ham copped
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/4 cheddar cheese grated
Preparation
Step 1
1. Sauté butter, onion and pepper in a skillet for five minutes
2. In a medium casserole dish, combine perogies, onion, pepper and ham
3. mix milk and soup in a separate dish,
4. Pour over casserole and top with cheddar cheese.
Bake for 35 minutes at 350
