GOOD TURN SALAD

Ingredients

• 1/2 CUP MAYO
• 1/4 CUP SOUR CREAM
• 1/4 tsp SALT
• DASH OF PEPPER
• 1 CUP CHOPPED APPLE
• 1 tsp LEMON JUICE
• 3/4 CUP CHOPPED COOKED BEETS
• 1/4 CUP CHOPPED RED ONION
• 6 ICEBERG LETTUCE SLICES
• ITALIAN DRESSING

Preparation

Step 1

Combine mayo, sour cream, salt and pepper; mix well. Toss apple with juice. Add mayo mixture, beets and onion; mix lightly. Chill.
To serve... brush lettuce slices with Italian dressing and top with salad mixture.
