Ingredients
- 3 cups diced onions
- 3 TBS. butter
- 9 lasagna noodles, uncooked
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup (1/2 of 8-oz. tub) PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
- 3/4 cup cooked bacon, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375°F.
Cook the noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, melt butter over medium heat in a saute pan. Add diced onions and cook till transparent.
Combine potatoes, cream cheese spread, green onions, 1/2 cup bacon and 1 cup cheddar cheese.
Place 3 noodles in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover with 1/3 of the potato mixture and 1/2 the sauteed onions. Repeat layers twice. Top with remaining cheddar and bacon; cover.
Bake 33 to 35 min. or until heated through, uncovering for the last 5 min. Let stand 10 min. before cutting to serve.
