Pot de Creme - Mother

Ingredients

  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 ¼ cup light cream scaled
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3 T. brandy or bourbon

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Pour into containers and fill ⅔’s full. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours.
