Ingredients
- 2 2 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 2 2 teaspoons flour
- 2 2 2 teaspoons chicken stock
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- 1 3/4 1 3/4 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup shredded Canadian Swiss Cheese
- 2 2 2 cans [7 ¾ ounces] salmon, drained, chopped
- 2 2 2 cups cooked, cut up broccoli
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan.
2. Blend in flour, bouillon mix and dry mustard.
3. Gradually stir in milk.
4. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Remove from heat.
5. Add cheese; stir until melted. Fold in salmon divide mixture among or small shell casserole.
6. Arrange broccoli around outside edge of the casserole.
Bake in pre-heated 350° oven 20 to 25 min. Garnish with Swiss cheese if desired.
