Definitely does not taste like bbq brisket. Justin doesn't like traditional brisket, but he liked this.

Ingredients

  • 1 Beef brisket
  • 12 ounces Ketchup
  • 1 can beer
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix

Preparation

Step 1

Brown all sides of brisket in a skillet. Place in bottom of crockpot. Pour remaining ingredients over top. Cover; cook on low for 8 - 10 hours.
