Cinnamon Coffee Cake

Ingredients

  • Filling:
  • 3/4 Cup Butter
  • 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 3 Cups Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 Cups Sour Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Grease or butter a bundt pan. Combine butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

Beat for 2 minutes.

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Alternating sour cream and the dry mixture, mix with batter.

Spread 1/3 of the batter @ 2 cups into the pan and sprinke 1/3 of the filling. Repeat.

Bake for 1 hr.
