Review:

I have been scared to make a turkey...but not anymore. This technique is a winner and will keep your turkey moist and delicious. I was gone during dinner time so I wasn't able to eat the turkey with my family. When I returned home I asked, "how was it??" My kids were so cute, "Mom, it was the best turkey we've ever eaten." Granted, they are 7 and 4 and probably haven't eaten that much turkey in their life. But it was a nice compliment, nonetheless. My husband's comment was that it was seasoned really well. I loved it too and only wish turkeys were a little less expensive to buy. 5 stars.
