Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins (about 2 lbs. total)
- 1 large onion, halved and cut into 1/4 inch slices
- 2 apples, peeled and coarsely chopped
- 2 tablespoons apple jelly
- 2 tablespoon cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste

Brown pork, if desired, in a skillet. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
