Mexican stuffed shells

- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 c salsa
- 1/4 light sour cream
- jumbo pasta shells
- 4 oz reduced fat sharp cheddar, shredded
- 1/2 c shredded lettuce
- i tomato diced

Step 1
1) preheat oven to 350. spray 11x7" baking pan with pam
2) in nonstick skillet, combine beef, onion and garlic. cook over md. high heat, stirring frequently to break up beef, until browned, about 5 minutes
3) add chili powder, cumin, oregano and salt; toss well to mix. cook 1 minute. stir in salsa; cook stirring frequently for 5 minutes. remove from heat; stir in sour cream. let cool slightly
4) stuff cooked shells with meat mixture. arrange in baking pan; cover with foil. bake 15 minutes; uncover and sprinkle with cheese. abke uncovered for 1-2 minutes or til cheese melts. top with lettuce and tomato
