TOMATO CAKE

By

(Janet’s recipe)
This recipe, strangely enough, appeared in a Sunday School text when Janet was in high school. She doesn’t remember the reason for the recipe even appearing, but she was game enough to try baking it the following Sunday. Several classmates refused to try it, but although it sounds strange, the taste is really similar to a spice cake.
