Ingredients
- 1 onion chopped
- 10 stalks celery chopped
- 10 cloves garlic chopped
- 4 Bay leaves
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Basil
- 1 tsp Thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
- 10 or more cups water

Preparation
Step 1
In a large large soup pot, or crock pot the water to a boil.
Add vegetables and spices. Slow cook for 3 or 4 hours.
Strain out vegetables, and when cool enough transfer to a container. You can cook with this instead of oil, lot less calories. Either freeze, or refrigerate, depending how often you use.
