Ingredients

  • 1 onion chopped

  • 10 stalks celery chopped

  • 10 cloves garlic chopped

  • 4 Bay leaves

  • 1 tsp Paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp Basil

  • 1 tsp Thyme

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 10 or more cups water

Directions

In a large large soup pot, or crock pot the water to a boil. Add vegetables and spices. Slow cook for 3 or 4 hours. Strain out vegetables, and when cool enough transfer to a container. You can cook with this instead of oil, lot less calories. Either freeze, or refrigerate, depending how often you use.
