Ingredients
- 3-4 lbs spare ribs-country style
- 1/2 C soy sauce
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1/2 C ketchup
- 1 T vinegar
- 1 t ginger
- 1 clove garlic,crushed
- dash MSG

Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients and marinate for 3 hours. Place ribs and marinate in shallow roasting pan; seal with foil. Roast at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
