Ingredients

  • 3-4 lbs spare ribs-country style
  • 1/2 C soy sauce
  • 1/2 C brown sugar
  • 1/2 C ketchup
  • 1 T vinegar
  • 1 t ginger
  • 1 clove garlic,crushed
  • dash MSG

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients and marinate for 3 hours. Place ribs and marinate in shallow roasting pan; seal with foil. Roast at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
