Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 cans (8 ounces each)
- tomato sauce
- 1 package McCormick®
- Albóndigas al Chipotle,
- Chipotle Meatball Sauce Mix
- 30 cooked (1-inch) homemade
- or frozen meatballs
Preparation
Step 1
1. Bring water, tomato sauce and Sauce Mix to boil in 3-quart saucepan, stirring occasionally.
2. Carefully add meatballs. Reduce heat to low; simmer 15 minutes or until meatballs are heated through, stirring occasionally.
3. Serve meatballs and sauce with cooked rice and warm corn tortillas, if desired.
