CHIPOTLE MEATBALLS

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 cans (8 ounces each)
  • tomato sauce
  • 1 package McCormick®
  • Albóndigas al Chipotle,
  • Chipotle Meatball Sauce Mix
  • 30 cooked (1-inch) homemade
  • or frozen meatballs

Preparation

Step 1

1. Bring water, tomato sauce and Sauce Mix to boil in 3-quart saucepan, stirring occasionally.
2. Carefully add meatballs. Reduce heat to low; simmer 15 minutes or until meatballs are heated through, stirring occasionally.
3. Serve meatballs and sauce with cooked rice and warm corn tortillas, if desired.
