  • 3 c. white flour
  • 3/4 c. + 2 T. rye flour
  • 2 T. caraway seeds
  • 2 T. sugar
  • 1-1/2 T. powdered skim milk
  • 1-1/2 t. salt
  • 1 t. gluten (optional for higher loaf)
  • 2-1/2 t. yeast
