Ingredients
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced celery
- 6 Tbsp. buter
- 4 cups cooked wild rice
- 4 cups cooked basmati rice
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup crumbled goat cheese
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Brown onion and celery in butter. Toss with rice, cranberries, goat cheese and salt & pepper.
Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes
