  • 1/2 medium red bell pepper,

  • 2 tablespoons Lawry's®
  • Original Seasoned Salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon Lawry's® Seasoned

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onion and red pepper; cook and stir 2 minutes. Add carrot; cook and stir 3 minutes. Reduce heat to medium.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook 8 minutes or vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
